that dedicates itself to helping people find the name of songs/the band that plays the song.
I was listening to the radio on the way home from school today and this song came on. I only heard the beginning of it and only remembered a few lyrics and I've been trying to find it just based on the only line I remembered. Its song of the rock genre that started off with an acoustic guitar playing a few lines, but the only lyrics I remembered were along the lines of "I said everything will be, but she('ll) still want(s) to take her life". I've been trying to look for it for 3+ hours.

On the top of the page, there's a link titled "Statistics". If you look hard enough, you'll find a nice and easy archive of songs.

Did anyone really even read what I typed? I said listening to the RADIO on the way HOME from SCHOOL. This ISN'T about FFR! Yea, it was 3+ hours on Google trying to find the song and the band.

Look, I think your problem is, is that you spent 3+ hours atempting to figure out a song title and/or artist about some girl wanting to kill herself. That right there should be the first warning that something is in dire need of fixing within yourself. Your sir are full of fail, but dont worry no one holds that against you, except for Jesus.

Um, excuse me so you claim to know me? You don't know me. You SAY I'm full of fail but that no one holds it against me, yet you bring it up why? Who's to say that I need fixing within myself, besides Jesus and myself. Don't even talk, don't even bring it up. The moment you said, I think your problem is, is when I said you're my problem now.
I was getting out of the car the last line I heard and remembered was "I said everything will be okay, but she still wants to take her life", because I was rushing out of the car. I want to find it because of the acoustic part of the song.

lmfao
If you hear a song you want to look up after, the idea is to take a line of lyrics that you know for sure are accurate. If you missed, fat chance of finding the song.
Clearly you missed, because putting that line into Google returns nothing whatsoever.

You're full of fail because you're ranked within the top 1500 and you still can't find a song.

Rank within the top 1500 of what? Radios?
OP, what genre was the song, and what radio station played it?

I'm so bored and my life is so empty that I'm going to make a thread that helps people find song titles/artists just like you said for no reason.

Ever heard a song on the radio or something that you couldn't catch the name or artist of and now you're wondering what it is?
I made this thread to help that. Just type in the line(s) you know, the genre, and any particular features of the song, and we'll help you identify it.
All right, start!

"Find songs that have played within the past 7 days on the nation's top 2,600 radio stations, CMT, FUSE, MTV, and VH-1. Rate currently playing songs right now to influence charts & chat with other listeners."
I've tried it. It's a lot harder then one would think, to find that one song that was playing 5 days ago on a station you can't remember.

It was rock basically on 91.5 KYDS Norcal station. I still don't understand why everyone else thinks this is about FFR. I tried finding the station website, but that bombed too.

The station is run by El Camino Fundamental High School. Their only website is myspace.com/3978205, but it isn't checked or updated. The request line for the station is 1-(916)-971-7453.
