why is it that all dragon ball Z games are so poorly made? I have not seen one that has caught my eye, or facinated me, starting with the ones on nintendo, to PS2. i guess an anime cannot be captured fully in a game, with the exception of some RPGs

I felt exactly like that, so I started making my own DBZ game on rpgmaker2000. I'm making it to be extremely accurate. Too acurate actually, well I've gotten past the raditz part and am inbetween there and vegeta saga.

That sounds like about the best thing rpg's can happen. If your into DBZ rpg's might as well make it yourself and maybe distort it. What would of happened had Freeza actually beat goku? Or better yet what would happen if buu ate and defeated the fighters after turning them into crunch bars? Think about this even villans have to make an honest living :D

Play Dragonball Z Budokai for PS2 and it tells you what would have happend if Frieza beat Goku. Btw, little known fact but Frieza did kill Goku while fighting on Namek. That episode however, they wished back everyone who had been killed by Frieza, lucky Goku, just got wished back in time there. Gohan had to hold Frieza off in the meantime though.

i know, its an old topic, but i wanted to toss in my bit
my knowledge on the show might be a bit inaccurate, I don't watch it often, just think its a really cool concept.

The DB(Z)(GT) games aren't all crap. Just hav to remember that they are all made in Japan and they finished with DB a while ago, so there's not the same interest as there is here.

Plus, I by some random chance just so happened to buy the old DB game for the NES when i was a tiny little kid. I of course didn't know anything about the show at the time, I just thought it was a cool game to play. So theres at least ONE DB game that was made and sold in the US that wasn't crap.

This is called Legacy of Goku II now by the looks of it.... so has anyone played it? It seems much better than the first and I might want to buy it but I need feedback on it first.
