Your goal is to get the worst possible passing score. You can join in whenever you want, as many times as you want. New rounds are whenever the hell I feel like it. Submissions are closed only when a new round starts. You may submit as many scoars as you would liek. However, if you submit n times, only the ceil(n/2)th submission will be taken. If you don't know what that means, it means I hate you. The tournament ends whenever I get bored, and the person with the lowest passing score on whatever song is being played at the time wins da turnamentos; all previous rounds do not matter. For those of you lucky enough to know my e-mail, send skor's there. Otherwise, start asking people. The winrar is entitled to one free intarweb, as well as my personal seal of approval. Warranty does not cover clubbing or acts of dog. Warranty void if seal is broken. Seal is not as heug as xbox. The second place winrar receives ten thousand credits.

if you honestly want a tournament where the lowest passing scores advance... that is fine. just do it legit, and not as a joke.
