Gamewhore competition

[DDR_Mike]

I'm going to be holding a gameplaying competiton that will start sunday at 1pm (or when all 21 spaces are filled), how it will work is everyone starts at 0 and the two lowest totals at the end of the week will be knocked out (until 7, 1 a week will be knocked out after 7) and everyone keeps their total through the whole competition.

Example:
DDR_Mike: 1,000,000,000
lumphoboextreme: 999,999,995
Doug31: 999,999,990
Doug31 would be knocked out, me and lumph would move into the next round.
Then in the next round if each of us got the following score:
DDR_Mike: 1,000,000,000
lumphoboextreme: 1,000,000,010
I would have 2,000,000,000 and lumph would have 2,000,000,005.
lumph would win, with 5 more points than me.

Prizes:
1st place (last person left): 50,000 credits
2nd place: 20,000 credits
3rd place: 10,000 credits
4th place: 7,000 credits
5th place: 3,000 credits

Sign ups are until sunday at 1pm(or when all 20 spaces are filled), at 1pm on sunday (or when all spots are filled), I will write down everyones grand total score. Then you'll have until the following sunday to get points. Each week 2 people will the least amount of points made will be eliminated (until 6 are left, then 1 a week will be eliminated), there will be 21 contestants total. Post in here or pm me if you want to sign up.

I will put everyones siggy under there username, and their starting grand total score in parantheses next to there name, when the competition starts. Next to the starting score in parantheses i'll put the total score each person has to so far.

That would mean when I started the competition, I had 900,000,000 points, and I now have 1,100,000,000
1,100,000,000 - 900,000,000 = 200,000,000 (the points I would've gotten so far.)

I'll keep track by putting the amount of points you have at the very beggining, and on each sunday, i'll put how many points you've gotten since it started, whoever has the least amount of points each round will be out, so if you start low, you'll have to catch up.

Basically: I'll subtract your starting number from your gts, at the end of each round.

Yes, if you get 100 million first round, and 200 million second round, you'll have a total of 300 million.
If I get 100 million first round, and 100 million second round, i'll have 200 million, and i'd have to get 100 million more than you next round in order to tie you.

Edit: So getting way ahead in the beginning may be a good idea. :)

Thanks, it took me a really long time to do all that, though. (find everyones score so far, and order them) It took me over an hour, almost two. So, I probably will only do it once every 3 days. Unless of course anyone wants to help me do it? :)

im pretty sure the highest possible is 500 mil. i got 350 once but i played the majority of the day, dont think 1bil is possible. maybe if you AAA'd max forever 200 times in a row.

I played nova pulser for about an hour non-stop and calculated from that. Booed out w/e I missed. I'll come up with a theoretical max possible points in a day in a few minutes.

That'd be too much FFR for most people... lol.

Here's what I came up with btw for max points in a day.
If you were to play FotBB non-stop and AAA it every single time you'd get
1479987692 points (allowing for 9 seconds between each song)

1107 tries total, would probably take less than a second on average to play it again, so multiply the 8 remaining seconds by 1107 which would give you 8856 seconds (2 hours 27 minutes) to do w/e else you had to during the day.

Also, since no one could ever AAA FotBB that many times in a row I'll add in 50 goods per attempt (I'm sure there are a few people who could do it with that many goods non-stop if they had to). 50x275 = -13750 points per attempt, x 1107 = 15221250 off the total of 1479984692 which is around 1465000000.

In other words, A skilled player could get over 1.4 billion points in a day easily if they were to only spend about 2 hours off of FFR, and if they only played FotBB the entire day.

lol, considering college ended a few weeks I could do it. I think I'd kill myself though, and my fingers get pretty sore after a lot of FFR unless I don't go for PA.

Edit: Lumph I'll find a song based on your skill and calculate that. Even with FotBB you could just set autofail to 1 miss though and redo it w/e you miss one. I think that'd still get you over 1 billion in a day.

Ok, Wish would work the best. You'd have to play it about 650 times in a row, and only take about 30-40 minutes away from FFR in a 24 hour period.
That would get you about 1.2 billion points

It's actually possible to get over 2bil in one day if you're really insane at VB vrofl. Mashing it is how I get points fastest, actually, although I could never keep that up for very long.
