Umm well here's the discussion forums.
Pres the button "click here to play FFR" to play FFR.
Go to Realtime Chat to chat with people. I should warn you it's extremely rare to ever find anyone in there. Well, that's all you really need to know I guess. Like JeffandDonuts said, just look at the menu.
