www.ddrmaniax.net <--- I wouldn't exactly say some of the users are "intelligent" but if you check the forums you can find tons of dwi files. Besides, there is a thread on the forum on where to get songs.
www.bemanisims.com <--- I boycott this place, since 99.9% of the originals on there are crappy. But, it does have alot of ddr songs.
www.ddruk.com <--- Their download section is down but they have alot of ddr songs.
