man do i ever hate 56k its so SLOW thats ok i get highspeed soon as it is in our area, so is any one from canada or possible even alberta?

i hate you too.

stupid 56k, as soon as i get broadband i shall be holding a public bonfire for all people with 56k modems that wish to burn them after they get a better connection.

Lol you use 56k...

To speed it up, get a different browser. AOL is by far the worst, closely followed by IE. I like Opera personally, although a lot of people claim Mozilla is better. Either one beats AOL and IE to hell.

Was AOL ever GOOD at anything? I don't think so.
I was on 56k for a while, I learned a valuable life concept not held by most people. The concept would be "patience". Then I got cable about 2 months ago. Over the past two months, I've forgotten how to be patient.

56k isnt so bad, it runs it gets me from site A to site B like a car

yea.. patience is no longer one of my good traits.. i used to wait on a site for like 5 minutes on 56k.. not if it takes longer than 25 seconds im about to bash my head in.. strange how that works

I tried juno...and I had 2 pop-ups come up every 5 minutes or so.
Did they lessen the amount of pop-ups for their free internet?
