We’re well aware of the credit problem facing about half of the FFR users right now. We have been working nonstop trying to correct the error, and haven’t been able to do so just yet. We’re trying to fix a few errors that pop up for some users, and we’ll work from there.
Please be patient as we work through these bugs, have no fear that they will eventually be corrected. Thanks.

The admins definitely know about it and are working on fixing it.
