Is this a weird spread setup? I found it the most comfortable (switching from index). Anyone use anything close to this?

EDIT: oops sorry forgot there were other forums than brag board lol

it's not about what we consider weird...its about what you consider to be the most comfortable.

I use QW[]. pretty similar.

Not really that weird bar you have your right hand higher than your left.

I use a closer setup, M,./

I don't even know if you can call it spread, not really spread out haha, suppose it could be "close-spread".

it isn't that weird at all, i used 1 2 . / for a while :P. I now use . / NUM2 NUM3, but I switch all the time

I use m,./ but the only problem is that the alt is right next to it so if I hit alt and M the window minimizes XD

i've been using ZX NUM2 NUM3 and i've found it most comfortable for me because when my arms are spread out they're more relaxed and my wrists don't tense up as easily. Plus, my arms are bent making it a little more comfortable instead of having to keep them straight like i do when i type. And my shoulders are more relaxed, instead of squeezing them inward toward my body trying to keep my arms straight and close together.

A,S, up arrow, right arrow. Mainly because I have wasd mapped for doubles (8456 for 2nd player).
Edit: That is whenever I do play spread, which is very rarely.

I use the numpad 2468 sometimes and cvbn sometimes... any combination is good as long as it feels right to you.

zx,. - spread
arrow keys - index / 1 hand
asdfjkl; - doubles

when I play(ed) solo
sdfjkl - spread
475896 - 1 hand

I think that about sums it up

What's the difference from using arrows keys to spread? I might switch to spread just to test it out.

I tried using this for awhile but the letter keys register like **** on my keyboard, so I stick with my old favorite:

left down num1 num2

What's the difference from using arrows keys to spread? I might switch to spread just to test it out.

With 4-finger arrow keys it's easy for your fingers to bump into each other and seriously **** your scores up. When you spread out your fingers this becomes impossible.
