You kick them off, report an admin, or make a new one.

Really all you can do is report an administrator. Either:

1) Someone hacked into your account, or
2) One of your so-called "friends" stole your account

Either way, reporting an admin about what happened is really all you can do. If all else fails, you'll have to make a new account.

Also, if you were recently in MP, and got kicked off the internets, you will have to wait for your account to be auto-kicked for inactiveness.
