FFR is easy enough to figure out in itself.
If you mean you can't play single player, at the top are scroll mods, click the one that looks like ^^ and then select a song, easy as that.
If you mean you don't know what to do in the forums, first thing I suggest is going and reading the stickies and announcements (At the top of each forum, they will say it on top of each pertaining group).

Have fun. This should be enough to get you started. :p
