Download BitTorrent.
It doesn't work at my school, so I'm clueless as to how to use it.
But that's what you need.

Idk exactly what a torrent is, I know they are shared between users and hosted on a site, and you download them from users seeding (Sharing) the torrent via a torrenting client.
If you have a link for this F5 torrent, go ahead and get a client.

Blah blah blah. I don't torrent much so I use regular old bittorent, it's simple and I'm a dumb girl, so it works ... And it's worked for whatever I've needed so far, I suggest at least starting with that, or whatever.
Have fun. I haven't even got F5 yet, I haven't been playing Stepmania. :(
Anyway, after the torrent has completed, the files should be located wherever you have them set to be downloaded too. Until then it will just be a part file, until it's all completed (I think).
After that go ahead and extract into your Stepmania songs folder, etc etc etc, you know the drill ... I'm guessing at least, since somehow I don't think that this is the first STepmania pack you've downloaded.

Ok, its not that tricky...
You download a client, like the ones above, then you download the .torrent file (in this case F5.zip.torrent) and you open it with the client. It will start downloading it. Just leave it open till its done downloading and then you'll have the whole file inside the download folder of the client's program folder. Now, if you want to be nice you can "seed" it. Just leave the client open and running and it will automatically start uploading it to others.

No problem. Enjoy.
Remember to seed. Sole leechers are nasty :(
