in the options menu(cant rmemeber what its actually called) it has the option to slow the arrow speed down, but it wont let you change it. Is there a way to change it or is it not yet implemented?

You can't change it yet. It's not implemented yet. It hopefully will be in the next release of FFR (3rd style).
