I've comboed Zelda, as well, save the Yoshi bonus round which is just pure evil. Chrono Trigger, here I come!

uh, ive been playin ddr for a while now, so im ok at this game.. ive full comboed zelda AND the yoshi round i almost did on ff7 too, but i screwed up on this damn hard part, but i did get a 600-somthing combo.

but b4 any1 shouts out U SUUCCKK!!! like Omi or ArK or someone like that, im just gonna let u no im not saying im better than u cuz ill lose the fight.

o, btw has ANYONE with SM or DWI done good on MaxX Extermination? i cant even beat it :cry: :cry: if u wanna try go to www.stepmania.com, go to links for downloadable songs and go to 'The Original DWI Palace' or w/e its called, and download it. on SM it says its 8 foot but on the website it says 12! :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: and its faster than max300

I would be alot better at FFR, but I seem to break combos in the wierdest places.

MegaMan- combo everything up to the second guitar riff, lose it at the "4286" (look at your keypad) steps.

Massive- again, at the "4286" steps.

All of Dance1- whenever there is repeated double steps, I think the odd timing messes me up.

And Yoshi is the one song with lots of arrows that I can FC, but it's hard to do because lots of times I'll get misses out of nowhere yet I'm hitting the arrows perfectly (I THINK I WOULD KNOW I'VE FCED IT OVER 10 TIMES SO BEFORE ANY OF YOU IDIOTS SAY I'M HITTING THE ARROWS WRONG SHUT THE **** UP)

Actually, maybe hes not...for some reason, when i am to play a level with of many arrows, sometimes it willmiss when i know i am hit the arrows... Maybe its just the bad keybarod but i dunno.

Indeed, while most of the arrows are pretty good (I'm one of those 'play by ear' kinna peoples, so if a lot of the arrows were way off beat, I'd still be working on that song) at keeping on beat, I could point out at least a couple of spots where I had to stop my flow of beat to go out of my way and hit an off-beat arrow, then try to get back on track. ;) Either way, I'm rather impressed with myself. For someone who's only been playing a little over a week, I think I did pretty decent. Now, if only I could bleedin' well full-combo FF7. I love that track. :)

I can do really well on those easy songs(I actually have top 5 in all of them), but when it comes to those hard ones(at least I think they are hard) like ff7, yoshi, hellbeat, fast piano and chrono trigger, i just find myself completely lost. I just wonder how you guys can full combo those five songs, is it something natural, or does it take a lot of practice, or is it a combination of both?? :roll:

It is a combination of many factors.

One is before ffr i played ddr way too much in the arcades and out and therefore have become acustomed to reading arrows quickly.

Also i am currently using my mums pc in her office which is like the fastest one ever with adsl which means no lag.

As for ffull combos, it is a combination of luck and sadness:p

very simple dAnce. i too have full comboed many songs, but my name didnt appear in the high scores because i had too many averages. either that or all the top scores have many many perfects in the routine.
