Can someone please tell me the order of the difficulties? I'm kind of new and would like to know what comes after standard.

Ah, thanks. Just what I needed. I was already thinking why I had nearly FCed Salad your Tuesday on first go and still had trouble with combo's of 20 on Contra-Distinction.
