OLD NEWS'D.

OLD POST:
Going through this, I'll assume you already have a way to hook your pad up to your PC (a PS2 -> USB converter).

http://www.electracode.com/4/joy2key/JoyToKey%20English%20Version.htm

You can download a program there that lets you map joypad keys to buttons on the PC. Useful for any flash game. I tried this with my DDR pad and I got it to work successfully.

Please note that you need to get a converter that has a "DDR mode" or something like it, because it will not work correctly if the Up/Down/Left/Right keys are mapped to the directionals. Dance mode should make the arrows into buttons. You need to do this because if you don't, then you won't be able to press up and down, or left and right at the same time.

There's already been like 5 topics on this that have been stickied and unstickied, due to the fact that you get too many Boos during gameplay while on a pad.

This is totally stupid for FFR, but maybe R2 would be good on pad.

Well the easier stepcharts anyway.

OK then, sorry for posting old news.
It's just that I never saw it in the FFR FAQ, it said "There is no way to use a pad." so I assumed that his was never discovered. Lock please.
