OK, if you've never played it, it's a game like Worms or some versions of Tanks, where you are in a mobile and try to kill the other mobiles on the map, only it has powerups, a life bar, and some other crap. www.softnyx.net is where it is located.

For the other 90% of the world, I advise you to join because they nerfed the J Frog one hit kill, and there are tons of events going on that let you get cash items. One being that if you make a new account during the even period(two days ago til 12 days from now) and get it to Stone Hammer Rank(fairly easy), then you get 1,000 cash(good for buying or renting stuff).

Also, you can now rent things for 1 week, 2 weeks, a month, a year, or just buy it permanently. Like around a month or so ago it changed a lot, got two new bots(Kalsiddon and J. Frog), TONS of new maps, avatars, and even a new interface. I advise you try it, even if you didn't like the old Gunbound.

I've never played this, but you said it's like Worms, and I love Worms, so I'll give it a shot. But I have to say, their website seriously sucks ass. Pseudo frames don't make you look cool, they're annoying. And it doesn't really tell you how to play the game anywhere on the site. I hope it's simple enough that I can jump in and not screw up horribly....

It's pretty simple to start. You just move around, hold space to shoot(how long you hold changes your power). Screw around with the interface to see what else you can do, but for now just get the basics down.

I don't mind if this is a month and a half bump, I still play this game daily. There have to be other FFR members that play this often. Hydrojakep signed up as KayneNorth, but never posted about it.

I used to play this game, a year or two ago... but like others have said, the community sucks. I didn't have many friends who played either, so I couldn't get away from it.

Because of this, I never really had a chance to fool around and figure out what exactly all the different weapons/items and stuff did, so I remained somewhat of a noob.

Heh, I even fell for a dumb trap with a room called "NOOBS COME". I figured it'd be a place with other noobs and we could play around to figure things out, or maybe just someone who felt like helping us learn... but of course, it was actually filled with mean people looking for an easy win. They started cursing at me in mangled Portuguese whenever I messed up. Really, what did they expect when drawing in noobs?!

So yeah, there's my life story. In short, it's a fun game, but as of now I have little motivation to install and play it again.

Make a new account and send your old stuff to it(things can only be gifted once), that's what I did for a while to get started. I didn't actually start competing with the pros until I played for about a year, but you can probably do it sooner, I just wanted to win a lot :/

I've lost track of my accounts now, more than 20 less than 30. You saw what I have in that picture, however I also have some other sets I don't use very often. If I get challenged to bunge or something, I have a set for it. My IGN is Annihiiation, and I am on everyday.

You can play this game however you want, but defense is probably the best stat, and the one you should go for first.
