Problem with avatars

I tried to load this:

I know, notice how no one has an avatar here... Ive told him b4, all it takes to enable the transfer is to hit one checkbox... pretty please?

The checkbox has been hit, something isn't communicating between the mainwebsite and the phpbb forum.

Max size (try not to make them this large) is 150x150
Max KB is 20k
Gallery Avatars enabled
remote Avatars enabled
Avatar uploading enabled


Found the problem, permissions on the site.. Should have seen that problem a mile away considering I admin 2 other phpbb forums.
