It's a pretty fun racing game for the PC. Lots of ragdoll fun.
However, it is no substitue for the really fun Burnout 3. So if you have an Xbox or a PS2 (you know, I think they made it for Gamecube too) and can only buy one fun racing game, get Burnout 3. Otherwise, Flatout will provide some good fun.
