I was looking for a place to upload music that is in .mp3 format, allows 20 mb to be uploaded at once and has 700+ total storage and won't delete songs once they aren't downloaded in a certain amount of time.

Well you could try yahoo breifcase (make a lot of accounts and upload the songs), freewebs.com (same idea as yahoo briefcase, but just upload the files nad link), newgrounds.com, acidplanet.com, megaupload.com, gmail though you would have to get invited and there are probably many other places too, but I am to lazy to find them so I gave you the ones I know for sure. I also do not know if they can fit the requirements you listed, but it is worth a shot.

Megaupload seems nice, but it has 30 days no download it deletes the file.

So, just download the file yourself every month, and it won't get deleted.

use a streamload account for songs its up to 10gigs and its stored until u delete it
