how do you change the speed?

im fairly noob at this game and i just wanna know how to change the speed like form x1 to x2 or x3 ive been trying but i can't figure it out. some songs can get really fast and the arrows are hard to read.

First of all, since when was noob an adjective? I was pretty sure it was only a noun, but using it in that way adds humor, so whatever.

Secondly, those features aren't currently available. If you want speed mods, play Stepmania (http://www.stepmania.com) or R2 (http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PostWrap&file=index&page=R2/R2B.php).

Speed mod is what you're talking about. 1x, 2x, etc.

These "speed mods" haven't been implemented yet in the R1 version of FFR (the "FFR THE GAME" link)

But if you play the free R2 Version, they have speed mods in the options menu before each game i believe. You can find R2 in the link Afrobean posted or on the column on the left.

You can't on R1. Just play stepmania or R2.
