A common question, and there are a number of responses. Some of them include:

-When you pass 5 months of more or less continuous activity in the forums, or when your join date and the current date become more than 5 months apart.
-When you pass Breaking the Common with no misses.

I'm not exactly sure of the full list, but those are a couple I've seen tossed around.

When you gain the respect of the forum members. Mainly by following all rules, and contributing to the community. Also, become a decent FFR player, be able to pass almost every song, and be able to FC 10-15 songs.
