Level21 drops to Level0 without even playing?!?!?!

I am really, really mad. I was playing earlier today, and I was level21, like I should be. But, I went and did some other stuff, came back to play, and BOOM im level0, which doesnt even exist. Now, nobody will play me because Im level0, and I cant level up on people because my xp bar wont even go up. I still have the same amount of experience in my bar as I did at 21, but I want to be back where I should be.

This is NOT cool and I need to be 21 again, not 0. I cant play as a 0, because nothing happens. Anyone know how to fix this?!?!?!?!

That page shows that you are a 21, so I don't see the problem.

I realize that says im 21, but when I go into the game to play songs my bar says 0. Thats the problem. It registers me as a zero and I need fixing.

The page I linked you too pulls from the same data the game does, try clearing your cache and reloading, it should fix itself.

i clear my cache by deleting my temp internet files, right?

Try logging out and then logging back in. This has happened to me once, and it was solved by logging out and logging back in. Good Luck!
