umm... get an flash program and edit it... then convert it to bmp... simple...

Firstly, don't get 'flash'. Get a program with gif animation capabilities like Adobe imageready (comes with photoshop). Then shrink the animation and save it as a .gif

ok.. well substitute flash with gif.... i thought the picture was a flash work of art not just some gif image... now.. dont convert it to bmp... bmp doesn't support moving images (i dont think)... just get it as a gif and resize it...
