Welcome and have fun! To buy a song, click "FFR Shop" in the game, and then choose a song and click "Purchase." As for paid members... no.

No, clean up your C drive or wait for them to load, you can have 0 credits and still see all the purchasable songs, the secret songs, though, are another story.
