Official Simfiles

I need a good website that will allow me to download offical simfiles. I have stepmania 3.9 rc2a and i cant find that many sites to download off of. www.ddruk.com is down and www.ddramerica.com simfiles are all have been taken off.

for file type do i use SM (DDR) for my type of stepmania. and i mainly want original konami made songs thats on the ps and ps2 games. i want to make sure these songs can get onto my Stepmania 3.9 rc2a.

As for the filetype, Stepmania will read both SM and DWI files.

Ive tried DDRUK, but Iam not very good at working bittorrent so, just wondering if anyone knows any alternate sites.

i thought there was a bit torrent thingy at ddr america and it was originals. there was 1 for each ddr thing(extreme, 5th mix, etc.)

OK, so everybody understands...

DDRAmerica is dead. Gone. I doubt it will be back.

DDRUK was hit by the IFPI, a copyright protection and piracy inspecting company. DDRUK had official simfiles, right? It would be literally impossible to gain licenses from Konami, and all the artists that Konami obtained licenses from. In a nutshell, the official simfiles were illegal, but only for the MP3s. If DDRUK ever goes back up, it is most likely that they will take all of their simfiles down to avoid legal action.

There was a site long ago, in Spanish, called ddrponce.net that carried bumper packs. It is nowhere to be found now, however.

As far as I am aware, no site now carries all the official simfiles in those convenient little bumper packs. Nor do I think any random site you find with official simfiles will have all of them... only a select few.

I do have all the official simfiles. If you can catch me on a weekend on AIM, I'll send them to you via AIM transfer, provided you have cable... and you catch me in a good mood. You need not worry about that though... bad moods for me on AIM is like seeing snow in Florida.

bemanistyle.com doesnt work when i download the dwi or sm files. it says on my computer package successfully installed but the song isnt there.

Try Extracting the file into the right folder.

Make sure within the songs folder, you have another folder, and within that folder is where you put the actual song folders.

And like enigma said, make sure you extract them to the right folder, or it won't work.
