How to activate a bone folder into a charccter folder?

You but the bones inside the character folder, and then the characters will go in that. The characters have their each individual folder inside the character folder. And the bones are scattered in the character folder.

It should work unless you did it wrong. Post an SS of what your character folder looks like after you did this.
