id have to say chrono trigger, just long eighth note patterns. or, if its too fast for you, do hellbeat and just mash the buttons.

my best is rondo alla turca, though.

I am best on Rondo (it is the longest--most points), but HELLBEAT is easier by alot, without mashing. Chrono is trickey, and Caprice and Rev are not for you.

Hellbeat and Caprice are easy. Hellbeat, you can just press a fuckload of buttons, and its short. Caprice is like..400 bpm, That's so insanely fast, You can just press all four buttons and get everything almost.

I'm working on Ronda Alla Turca and Hellbeat right now, but damn it's hard. I'm stuck somewhere in the middle, I guess. :oops: There should be more interemediate songs like FF7, Megaman and BTC. No will agree with me though, because most of y'all are Caprice pros and couldn't care less about level seven and level eight songs.

P.S- Megaman a level eight? I played BTC (L7) and found it about twice as hard as megaman. Some of these ratings are pretty sketchy.

That's not necessarily true though. I love the intermediate songs. When I go to the arcade to play DDR, I play mostly 6-7 foot songs just because they usually have fun step charts. I'm making more intermediate/beginner steps for FFR.
And the Mega Man rating might have been taken from the original DWI which included a mass of freeze arrows.

Easy song's suck. It's not called stand stand and wait for yellow arrows to come up and watch cactuses dance in the background revolution. It's Hit the fucking arrows because there are alot of them and your leet revolution.

Hmm.. I thought caprice was easier... Just follow the pattern there is a pattern in there and you just need to get used to add and add in some unpatterned notes. You should get a highscore... But hellbeat also has a number of patters.

Btw, what levels have bpms of like 800 or whatever? or even 600+?

I know these are not at all the bpm's of the song's, But when i made the stepfiles i was a newbie and i didn't know how to find real bpm's, Caprice, Well, I didnt have the real bpm of that because it has like..no bpm. It's impossible to find.

He's right about caprice. I tried finding a bpm of it, but there is an always fluctuating bpm so he did a really good job on it.

I found it easier to beat megaman with the sound off, the off beats were screwing me up. Does anyone have any hints of how to get the beginning of Until The End perfect? I have trouble doing those moves.

The repetition of the arrows is a little slower than Chrono Trigger's so go a little slower. An easy way to be sure of yourself is if you make sure you hit the first two arrows successfully. Then follow through with the same beat for the rest.

sinjin is good, but fc'ing the last 5 or so songs is a bitch...i'm working on that too
