I have probably the lowest resolution that people actually use (800x600) and no one's sig on this page breaks it. Then again, I do have the forums maximized.

@Vash: Next time you want to host an image, use something like photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com) or at the very least the garbage bin (http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewforum&f=38).
