Don't be fooled when you see the song title, this isn't as poppy or boy-bandish as you think. I made sure I turned it pretty rough and distorted in the end. A high energy remix of Nsync's Pop:

I dunno. it sounded good? I liked it. I mean, there isn't really much else I can say. I think you did a good job.

To be honest, I liked the original version. I believe I heard somewhere that it was produced by BT.
Anyway, you did it justice. I feel exactly as Cypher:

True indeed it was produced by BT. Listen at the beginning "Yo, BT"

Yes, it has the "wickity-wow B T" black voice sample from Madskillz in it several times in it. BT wrote the song. I dig that track a lot actually.
I like this remix. I'm wondering, where did you get the materials for this? Did you find an accapella version of Pop laying around somewhere. And all the rest of the material in there, is it original, new stuff, or loops/samples you found somewhere? What tools did you use for this?

The guitar was a sample I found, and just about everything else was from me. Except I combined a lot of kicks and snares from other drum samples, and mangled them beyond belief. I found the acapella on Soulseek, just gotta give it a few searches. I used Reason, Acid Pro 4, and Soundforge.

Sorry to double post, but I revamped it a little bit and gave it a cooler breakdown and some parts were turned up. Give it a listen once again.

i thought this was very cool, despite the fact that i am not a fan of their music. i am however a fan of BT. anyways the only input i can give is that perhaps you could add some more distortion to the acapella in the beginning before the breakdown, to better fit into the drum tracks. personally if n'sync made their music more like this i would appreciate it much more.
EDIT: also the band should be widened a tiny bit in the part where it is narrowed for effect. i think its narrowed at least. 2:26?
