Hey Everybody! Digicharat here.
Well, I read nestlekwik's guide to making stepfiles, and I thought about creating one of my own. This is my first stepfile creation.
Here's where you can get it at:
http://www.geocities.com/digicharat162/music
Download Duvet (The other songs don't come with stepfiles)
The song is Duvet by Boa. It is best know though as the theme song to the anime Lain.
It's Single player with Light:3, Standard:5, Heavy:9
If the link above doesn't work, visit my website:
www.digiforum.tk
Thanks everyone!

Hey, I can't get it to work for some reason. DWI freezes up when I select your song.

Hmmm...that can't be good. Okay, crap I think I figured it out. I just noticed I accidently left 2 DWI stepfiles inside when I saved it. Try opening the folder and removing the one that doesn't have the .dwi extension after it. Then try removing the notepad doc. if it still doesn't work.
Thanks a bunch for telling me about this.

I don't see two dwi files. I see one that for some reason has two .dwi extensions. duvet.dwi.dwi I tried getting rid of the double file extension, but it still doesn't work. I just started using DWI, so sorry if I say/do something stupid :).

Naw, that's alright...um...did you delete the .DWI file or did you rename it to duvet.dwi, getting rid of that extra dwi?
I don't know...I use Stepmania and it worked fine for it...don't know why it isn't working for you. Try asking around, I got to figure this out.

Okay! Figured it out! I think I was supposed to space the DWI.
So, supergreen, open the DWI with notepad and put a space between the stepchart and the rest above it. For every one else, I redid the document and posted it back up on my website. Everything should be good.

Ok cool. I'll just download it again once I get home. I'm looking forward to it. Duvet is a great song!

Hmmm...you could just open the dwi with notepad, space the stepchart and save yourself the trouble...If it still doesn't work, I'll just start over and use this easier program I got for making DWI files. I'd like to announce (seeing as I have the chance to) that I'm going to be making some new songs. This one was just a practice one that'll make better. I'm thinking, possibly Digimon theme and some Avalanches. Canon in D? Maybe, but it'd be just freeze arrows.
Don't know...

and when you do, share'em about.
I'd like to add some more dwi's to my folder list.
Hmm, can you try maybe a Megaman one?
Just saying you don't have to by anychance.

Haha, I think I might. Tell me which song you'd like and tell me where to download it. I'll get to work on it as soon as I can. I'm working on Run Around! right now from Digimon. Plus some Bg animations. I need to find a way to edit songs. If anyone can help on that, please do. I finished the final version of Lain. It's up for download and should most definately work.

Haha, I've been trying to, but I need a mp3 modifier or something to shorten them down.

I wish I had the programming to do so.
If you need some Mp3's, try Kazaa lite.
I actually made one DWI.
But I'm going to have someone I know test it before I actually post it.
I used the X-Step DWI step creator.

And I'll find one for you to do. Lemme look about ok? ^_^
