dont keep your feet on the metal center platform... keep them where the last arrow you hit with that foot was unless it makes it easier to move it somewhere else... just dont ever bring your foot back to the metal center panel...

Do not start playing using 1 foot and not both ur feet...it is a very hard habit to break out of and lern how to do spins if u ever want to do 9 or 10 footers.......

Find a favorite song, then keep playing it until you have it down. Then move on. Pretty soon you'll master them all.
Also, watch other people and how they play.
You could also lean on that bar thingy. I used to do that when I began. Helped on those hard songs (7-9 feet)
