It seems logical.

The steps are released. Synth does not want FFR songs with exact steps being released.

Probably a better reason, but I cant think of any right now.

Synth has said he doesn't want FFR exclusives released. Who says KYA has to be an exclusive?

FOTBB and Revo were never exclusives until Arch removed them from his site.

Well, by defenition, once a stepfile is released it's no longer an FFR exclusive.
