Velo Engine Sort by Difficulty error (very small bug)

I know it's a very small and non-game breaking bug, but in the interests of completeness, I thought I should add it.

I've filtered out AAA, Token and FC songs, then sorted by difficulty, and for some reason Indulgence appears at the bottom (being a VD song).

Again, I know it's not causing any problems, but thought I would just mention it.

I see this ALL THE TIME!!! there is almost always a random song at the bottom whenever you sort by difficulty.
