Well actually, this whole thread is based on a false premise. It's possible to receive a page view multiple times from the same user. I'm not sure when it resets and lets you give a profile a page view again but I know it's possible.

Edit: Figured it out, but I'll keep it a secret so people don't spam page views for whatever reason.

I do know that every visit to a profile is only counted ONCE. There is no reason for people to try and figure out if they can cheat the system and just visit over and over again in timed intervals because you can't.
