Mine is at a point where I need to replace it. Sadly, I use an HP laptop and I tried using their online store to get a new one but it seems like it's not going to happen. Also, I hope my warranty covers this. Anyone mind helping me find a way to get my replacement? I don't want to call them because last time I called HP I had to spend 3 hours on the phone just to find out something obvious and another 3 hours to finally get somewhere just to lose track of that person I called and spend another 6 hours fixing the problem.
dv6-3050us by the way.

After you get your new battery give this a read.

If you want to deal directly with HP call them and use the part number WQ687UA. As for your warranty, most of the time it will not be covered. Mainly because it is your own fault for it degrading.
