I am changing the rules around a bit more for time submissions. I don't want this to be a function of how many people are able to be here by the time the round begins -- I want it to be a function of how fast it takes people to accomplish things. So if you don't get here right when the tournament starts, it won't make a difference as long as you follow directions and be honest.
