Zero, all I really wanted from the ores were the gold and diamonds, since that's what I need for smithing and quests at the moment. x.x

I can also use Topaz, Aquamarine, and Saph, but not nearly as much/soon.

Tokzic, what level and class are you that you need gold and diamonds? I don't really need them at the moment, so I guess you can have them from that guy instead of me, but why do need them? You may be smithing stuff you don't need to smith....

Ok I just got used to what everything means and have not decided on what kind of magician to become, but that is not the point...I have heard many people say all in INT and some say +4 INT +1 LUK so could someone tell me what the right thing to do would be?

Put it all in INT until you need to equip something. For example, say your robe needs 33 LUK. Keep going all INT until the level you can equip the item, then put in pure LUK. Same goes with every class because this makes you stronger quicker. For mages, it also gives you slightly more MP. Not playing ms really anymore because of o2jam. XD

Gowere, to make the best possible mage, you do not do 4 INT 1 LUK every level, because LUK is only used to equip things.

Therefore, know what equipment you're getting next before you actually get to the level. When you hit a level when you get new equipment, know how much LUK it takes to equip it, and put the appropriate amount of LUK points in. This is most always Level + 3.

Example: You are Level 31, then you level up to 32. You have 33 in LUK. Since you do not have any new equipment at L32, you put all points into INT. A while later you level up again. On L33, you can equip your Blue Chaos Robe. It requires 36 LUK. Therefore, you put 3 points in LUK and 2 points in INT.

You do this because it results in more power and MP earlier on, making leveling as efficient as possible.

EDIT: Almost forgot my original reason for posting, but I need Diamond ores so I can get the sauna robe quest out of the way for the next one, and I need both types of ores so that I can create my Cromi. I'm getting the ores for Cromi ASAP because:

a) I like having my weapons/armor before actually hitting the level, because it's far better then hitting the level, getting excited for more power, and realizing I don't have enough materials for to make it (coughcough pretty much all of you and Dark Arten coughcough)

b) I haven't used or sold Gold or Diamond ores ever, I focus on trying to get them when I'm in CH1, and yet I only have less then half of what I'll need.

c) I'm perpetually broke because I cannot resist bargains and I'm a pack rat that refuses to sell his stash.

Thanks though, EB.

That has been said about 100 times before by all of us, especially me. The only other possibility is to go pure int, which isn't a good idea if you're starting out because you may be confused and might not have enough money for a yellow umbrella. Basically, you ignore new equipment and put nothing but int. You'll be way stronger than other people your level and you'll have way more MP, but you'll have lots less defense and may spend more on pots. Also, unless you get a yellow umbrella, people will start to surpass you around 40 or 50 (I forget). Once you get up around there, you start adding back into luck so you can equip high level stuff. If any of that confuses you, just do what the two people above me said.

In other news, basilmarket's approval process is slow as hell. I put up an request to buy a dark circlet for 2 million, but it's still awaiting approval. D=<

Tok, the Gold Ores and Diamond Ores to make a Cromi will cost more than the Cromi will if you buy it from another player. Cromis are dropped by the most hunted monster for all level 5x + characters in the game: Zombies. Hunt around for prices. I sold a clean average one (same stats as the one you'd make) for 350k, and they thought I was ripping them off the whole time.

EB - Don't buy the Circlet. In fact, skip EVERYTHING in the level 48/50 set. It's all crap. All of it. See if you can buy a 3-int Green Matty.

I like the way circlet looks, and I'm sick of how Matty looks. I may be sacrificing stats slighly, but I wanna wear a circlet.

My cromi is +1 int anyway, so I'll still be +10.

I hate the way circlets look once they're on your head. They two-tone your hair. It's hideous.

How can you like that =/

I personally am skipping Circlets, no question...

Blonde/gold circlets look horrible, circlets in general aren't of my tastes, and I don't even have access to NX Points so I can get a different colour hair so I can tolerate the circlet.

Oh man. I really want some NX Points to change my hair (once VIP coupons are out) and change my skin color to the zombie colored skin.

I wouldn't buy anything at all ever unless it was permanent. I thought that the hair thing was, but apparently it isn't, so screw that and everything else in the cash shop. Btw, I'm like, 94%, so I might as well be like "LOL LEVEL UP YAY" in this post. Hell, I may be able to edit it and make this the official level up post before anybody else can post here anyway.

And I'm gonna buy a circlet, I don't care. I don't bother to pay for 60% scrolls for my panlid, so the least I can do is get extra def from the circlet. I'll sell it back later, anyway, so I will basically lose nothing in this transaction. It's basically a win-win situation all around.

EDIT (even though Chromer ruined it): Hit 50. Level 3 Slow sucks, just like any level 3 spell. I can't wait for it to be maxed so I can feel way faster than 6 things at a time. In fact, I'm so excited about slow that I'm gonna keep grinding on Jr. Pepes until I hit 51. Hopefully I get there before/when Eric hits 50 so my slow will be more useful in our mystical journey to see lotsa beans lotsa beans lotsa beans lotsa beans.

Oh, and as promised, my keyboard setup (and other stuff):

Also, this is a bit late, but I still think snails in this area are hilariously awesome:

Snail = nailed!

And Chromer, I've never had a sin before, but I think you should probably get more L7.

Congrats, Noah! I should be there soon, but I dunno how much I'll be able to play this weekend. If I have my way... Tuesday at the latest.

Chromer- Put points into L7 until it's at 10. Then max nimble body. Then save up points for 2 levels, and dump a ton of points in L7 all at once.

I'd die with that crappy setup. Get your main attack off the hardest key to push besides the space bar.
