Default One handed trills?

I've been playing for 4 months, and I still can't seem to get this down.

Trills (two steps going back and forth at a quick pace) are very difficult to do one handed, yet I've seen videos of people FCing songs with repeated trills. Is there any special way to do it, or were they just playing two handed?

I'm specifically talking about very long trills, such as in Max Forever. The up and down trills are probably the hardest.

You eventually just get the hang of it

The trills in Max forever are probably the trills u want to practice on being as they are so long.

up-right trills will always be your biggest problem if ur right handed, but in FFR it really doesnt matter.

If I use my middle and index finger on up-right trills, they aren't a problem. Actually, the only ones I really have a big problem with is the up-down trills..

Be a nerd and practice on a table for hours until your hands are numb with pain, then go play Flight of the Bumblebee.

are you talking about trills with one hand or one-handed trills while playing with two hands

because trills are easier than stream one-handed lol you just keep switching fingers around

one-hand trills spread you just have to practice

max forever trills are pretty slow so those might be a good place to start practicing iono whatever
