This is my first idea. This would be a fabulous idea to attract new people. How bout a spinner whenever you finish a song, you are randomly given credits or a prize to what the spinner shows. Maybe even some small cash prizes, t-shirts, FFR materials, and maybe a secret item inserted into the spinner like a gameboy advanced sp or something. The options are endless.
Idea #2. How bout a new FFR area made for upgraded members. The area could include the spinner, free 2,500credits for upgrading, allow extra credits instead of just 25 like Max Forever where I am sure there is alot more to gain there. |

First off, upgraded members would be the ones that play the game alot, thats a given...but nobody really cares about credits much. I may just be speaking for myself, but credits are worthless.

I have more credits than I probably will ever use. There should simply be more ways to spend credits (most likely will be implemented in 3rd Style). An idea: Will SIU eventually be compatible with FFR and use credits as well?

I need credits. I don't have any. Can someone make a donation? 250+ will help.

Granted, Idea 2 pays for Idea 1, but still, I don't like either idea. |

Eh, you are not looking at it right man. www.pogo.com. You play games for free, and still win prizes. Just take a look and see how they are doing.

So?
LD and Synth really cannot provide prizes and such, except for in spontaneous contests. So what if Pogo gives prizes for free. LD and Synth need to have as much money as possible to keep the server up and running, and I'm pretty sure they're running up $200+ on the electric bill. Simply put, credits are worthless, upgraded members would just provide elitism (like Afrobean said), and LD and Synth just don't have the time and profits to do free prizes and such. |

I don't like shooting ideas down, but this isn't really a good one, for the above mentioned reasons. Inefficent, without benefit, and unrealistic. I like the fact that you are trying to find new ways to use credits, but think on a more realistic idea.

Do you have ANY idea how many people play FFR? How the HELL could synth supply that many things for that many people?

If this were the case, the only thing that would be possible is for Synth to charge like a cent for each post and each song played to cover just one day at a time, lol, which I dont think is happening.

pogo gives out very little in free prizes each day, and makes up for it with their very large non-free section. pogo is similar to a casino. we are not.
