A couple of months ago, people told me they were going to try out index and maybe give it a shot, well, I never really saw any of them post a single index score at all and that kind of made me a little disappointed considering the only people that were actually active in the thread were, Dossar and Hazel (maybe there was a another person, idunno) but I would like to increase the index community a little bit, change stepmania up a bit and play a different style for a change. I'm not telling people to play index every stepmania session they have but it would be nice to maybe increase some competition and fun in the index community. I haven't really had anyone to push me into playing better on index as well so my improvement hasn't been going up as it used to be.
Anyways, I haven't had internet on my computer for the past couple of days and I racked up some pretty sick index scores in the time being. 1.2 Shitty FA, but I got this one for you, Roy! Fuck. My. Keyboard. 1.5, so close. 1.1 ........ 1.3 1.3 1.1 I got bored... Lol, this was first try, I just wanted to see if there was a such thing as 100% greats. 1.1, I thought was pretty nice. Now, for two retarded scores. 1.3 Sup, DJ

Bokura 1.1 mid DDP? I can barely fucking pass that what the FUCK
Also 60s on BBP expert is not bad FA at all. If anything, nobody here can come close to that. |

What the shit fuck did my eyes just see.
I swear you're better than Jim now. No joke. Also do you want the music rate to show up on evaluation screen? I can give you the file with the code if you want. Last edited by MinTS2; 04-28-2013 at 07:35 PM.. |

Extratone 1.3 is far beyond my reach, I have a hard enough time grinding for 17 1.3's, let alone a really high 18. I'll go for it someday though.
Also, I'm nowhere near as good as Jim, he can A disregard like it's nothing on index, not to mention his Whazashmup SDE, LCDS CV quad, The scales of struggle quad, etc. His skill is far beyond my reach.

EP is 19 btw.
He played index for like 4 years. You played for like half a year. It's crazy to see how much you're close to beating him in such short amount of time. If you beat him, you're the best index player in the world hands down. |

And yeah, I haven't been playing that long for index, I'm hoping to reach Jim's level someday but it definitely won't be anytime soon, lol.

Etienne's improvement rate is just absurd in general haha. It took him less than half a year to be able to FA a variety of 270 BPM patterns, and it took me the same amount of time to just barely pass that speed.
Another thing: Quote:

Who is Jim lol
Also the only references I had for index skill were Anobody and Izzy back in the day, and maybe Rebirth. I'm guessing you're about at ano's level in speed but better in FA? |

This video explains Jim's index FA skills. Except his FA is much more retarded now than in 2011. |

Jim = Aoreo. DJRidder has also gotten some insane index scores, but I heard Aoreo passed Extratone Pirates 1.3x rate (that's 325 bpm 16th streams for 16 measures at a time or something).

I got frustrated trying to improve at index, lol. I have decent FA on 18s and ok FA on 19s, but I can't pass any 20s yet, ugh. I exert too much on longer streams. I'm pretty sure my best 18 was Egao No Mira E (did I 99 it? can't remember), which is pretty damn easy for an 18, lol.
It's not fun trying to keep up when Etienne is soooooooooo far ahead now :'( |

Jim also quadded Bokura and I don't think he quadded LCDS CV. He quadded the regular chart though.

wow, those are some damn impressive index scores, grats! About the 100% greats, I think rubix once made a video of bumblebee, getting only greats. Check youtube, it might be on there.
