6'2 265. ("You're shorter than I thought." "well, I..I...shut up!")
BMI is bullshit, if you go to a site. The only thing that's really legit is the shit where they pinch you/measure you etc. A man who's rock solid muscle would be "fat" according to it, and they need to figure out a new measure. I've been running my ass off, doing interval training and working at my job. Gonna start weight lifting again when I hit 250 or so because I always bulk up when I do that. |

Sorry I haven't updated! I've been drinking protein shakes for breakfast but haven't weight myself in weeks. I'll get back on it next week.

5'9 140. Exercise regularly.
Really grosses me out to see so many overweight people on this site. You just sit around all day hanging on the Internet... Honestly, that's no way to live. Being overweight does not happen overnight so please don't act like you all exercise regularly. Quit posting about it on the forum and actually go do it. Sorry if this seems harsh but I just despise calorie-challenged people who complain about their weight I mean seriously go outside and jog or hit the treadmill every day. You have to concentrate on your goal and really want it in order to succeed, because, like gaining weight, you simply aren't going to lose it all overnight. Good luck.

What is the reason you are trying to put on weight? That would help to know so that I can answer sufficiently. If you are wanting more muscle mass, overeating while keeping a daily workout routine should help you see some improvement. If you are just tired of being skinny, well, learn to love it and embrace yourself. Having a high metabolism and eating normally, gaining weight is hard to do, so consider yourself lucky.

Oh I get it. Because I am in shape, I must not eat anything. Clever.

i'm 5'11 125 lbs. I run at least 3 km a day, the most i can push myself to run in a day is 10 km. I'm skinny but in very good shape. I dont lift weights regularly, but i do every now and then. I play ultimate Frisbee 2-3 times a week. I eat 4 (yes, FOUR) meals a day. I have an extremely high metabolism (was told so by my doctor). I do not sit at my computer all day.
