Before I get a bunch of replies attacking me personally, I'd just like to say I'm only going because I have nothing better to do this summer, and I haven't been to a convention since 2009. Plus, Shinichi Watanabe, the maker of Excel Saga and Puni Puni Poemy along with a bunch of other great animes, will be one of the guests.

- Parking on the riverwalk (

- Know nothing about anime, so I'd be going for whatever sparse gaming content they had.

I and ddrxero64 didn't know about anime but we still went to an anime convention (Anime Boston) and had a blast. It had DDR, I played stepmania in the gaming room, we fuccen met KILGAMAYAN, and lots of other stuff. He even took me to a rave dance that happened there, first time I ever did a rave and I looked like a moron since I didn't know what to do lmfao.

But it's entirely up to you if you want to go to this haha.

Not much of an anime fan anymore, but I never did get to go to any of these conventions. Too bad I'm not in Texas anymore. :/

It honestly just seems like a bad time in general, whole bunch of dudes coming because they love anime and meh idk doesn't seem worth the time or money.
