Got my tablet, yay.

I remember it taking me over the course of a week to pass Calamity Fortune (Hard) -- I passed it within half an hour of trying the tablet. Now I'm just trying to improve it, haha. Hopefully I'll have video of a really really good run (maybe one that beats my old mouse score?).

Yeah, tablets are so helpful. I skillboosted on mouse and switched to tablet and after of week of adjusting I basically decimated any score I had on mouse... having troubles grinding pp though. Full area is hard to get used to for me but it's helped me a ton with jumps.

hey guys do you have any tips on increasing trill speed with your left hand. I have no problem reading notes but I'm always terrible at streams, really frustrating. I think the mechanical keyboard is hindering my performance and I was thinking about just getting o-rings to help with that issue.... what do you guys think?

It depends on rather you are used to pressing your keys all the way down or not. If you are one of those players who does not like pressing your keys all the way down, get an o-ring. If you have a black or red switch and you do not like the fact that it is sometimes hard to tell if you pressed a key or not, get an o-ring. If you have a blue or brown switch and you do not like the loud noise, get an o-ring.

Otherwise, I would not recommend it at all.

As for gaining speed...I will get back to you on that.

Switched to Taiko from CtB, but I'm getting horrible fps issues on that mode, so starting to play standard.
3 really easy 4-mods:

Really happy with this one though, had to whore it for a bit because I kept sliderbreaking

At all? Is there something really bad about them?

I knew you would S this eventually with good accuracy. I was NOT expecting it to happen this soon though wtf. Congrats :3

Go for the FC!

There is nothing wrong with them at all. It solely depends on the issue you are having with your mechanical keyboard. If it has something to do with gaining speed then an o-ring is not going to help you much. The main purpose for an o-ring is just to dampen the sound of your key taps and to slightly reduce the travel distance when bottoming out.

EDIT: Fuck me. This would have been an epic FC for me :<

No, it's just that if there are any bugs, no one is there to code to fix it
osu!mania and the charts are still going to be there, just no one to administrate.

peppy doesn't really know how to fix up osu!mania since he has little experience in that rhythm gaming field.

Well I meant that it's currently a bit too buggy/incomplete to really bother playing, I'd been hoping to see it receive some usability improvements to make it not feel so... infuriating. Its future therefore seems rather bleak :/
