wv's Progress Thread
So it's been 3 months to the day that i started going to the gym and 5 months since i started my path to a better me. i'll be using this thread to post my progress (shoutouts to mahou) on lifts, weight, and anything else really
beginnings 4/27/2018: Deadlift: 3 sets of 5 @ 100 Bench press: 3 sets of 5 @ 70 Squat: 3 sets of 5 @ 50 Mile time: 14:30 5k time: N/A Distance without stopping: like 20 feet lol Weight: 345 4XL shirt size 44 size pants current as of 10/10/2018: Deadlift: 2 set of 5 @ 320 Bench Press: 3 sets of 5 @ 200 Squat: 4 sets of 5 @ 210 Mile Time: 9:57 5k time: 33:48 Distance without stopping: 4.5 miles Weight: 272 2/3XL shirt size depending on brand 38/40 size pants depending on brand Current Goals: Deadlift: 1.5x bw Bench Press: 250 Squat: 1.5x bw Mile Time: <8:00 5k Time: <25:00 Distance without stopping: 10 miles Weight: 240
