Blade & Soul (Korean: 블레이드 앤 소울) is a fantasy martial-arts massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) in development by Korean game developer NCsoft's and its Team Bloodlust division.

Ever since I watched the Gameplay videos of Blade & Soul I was hooked and no, I don't want the game because of the boobs, I want the game because of the Lyn class, which are a mixed breed of fox and mouse. Instead of being annoying and crap looking like Dwarves from WoW, or super bright like any other anime game. They are in the middle of cute and bad-ass. They can summon different creatures and I also think they can transform.

And also from the gameplay of Kung-fu Master class, I always wondered how the combat system works, and now that I checked on the videos today, I found videos of combat-skills-character creation and so on.

I think the game deserves P2P. And I will be getting this game, can't wait.

What do you guys think of the game? Most of the people say. " NCsoft, I'll pass. " Or anything related like that.

Well it's finally fucking out for NA and EU. Now I can play with NA/EU timezone people instead of having to play on the Korean server when there's like nobody online.

Anybody else in? I know HalfStep plays because I saw him on a reddit post.

I'll post my character here I guess.

I'm on Mushin, and I'm Princess (don't make fun of me..) if anybody wants to add me.

Been playing Tera for years and am glad to see Blade & Soul finally release for the west. I am playing on Iksanun server (screw que times on Mushin) and my main characters name is Geo Stelar. So glad I can finally play a game without much lag compared to Tera (that game was so badly optimized).

So far level 42 on my Lyn Bladedancer but I'll probably level up one of each class so if you wanna level with me let me know and I'll create another character

i was going to play, but after i installed i realized there was a 20 minute wait just to log in lol. needless to say i gave up on the game already.

You made it through the 8.5 GB patch download but couldn't wait another 20 minutes to get into a server?

You only have to download the 8.5 gig patch once.

Well yeah of course, but he mentioned he quit out during login right after he installed the game.

20 minute wait time just to log in? i'd rather just buy black desert when it comes out than have my choices be waiting 20 minutes every time i wanted to play or paying monthly for premium. at least black desert is a pay one time only kinda game.

It's a fairly popular MMO that just released in NA 2-3 days ago. Of course there will be wait times initially.

If you've played TERA, then this game is very similar in texture to it. The combat system is similar to TERA, and unlike any other MMOs out there usually - it's all manual aim and such, allowing you to run around, dodge, counter, etc. instead of pointing and clicking on an enemy with no room for skillful play

Every damn name I can think of is taken. I hate assholes that make a trillion character they will never play and waste every good name. This alone really prevents me from being able to get into a game.

At least the character creation is pretty extensive. Most of the preset body proportions seem fucked up to me, but you can change basically all of it.

So we discovered a clan called "TC Halogen"

also if you're on the Iksanun server and happen to also be a cerulean faction, then maybe you'll consider joining the TC Halogen Clan!
