Default Song background as the score result background?

I recently downloaded a "theme pack" that would keep my stepmania at the default theme but at the score result screen would show the song background instead of the plain stepmania one. However, not only did the background of the result screen stay the same - but during the song random things would appear (similar to random movies I guess, examples being the how to play screen coming up). Am I missing some kind of file?

[Link I got the theme from : http://smhaven.com/index.php?p=godl&m=1&dlid=91]
