I ate fuckloads of pizza on my birthday on Saturday. Today I had a slice of soya mozzarella cheese and crackers and a scoop of vegan ice cream and a scoop of peanut butter. Probably hit 300 calories -.- ugh
Yesterday I ate some lettuce with my parents homemade tomato sauce and ground pepper. Unfortunately I’m not able to eat at work and I’m usually so busy and tired I don’t feel the hunger. And I don’t eat in the mornings so I basically just kinda munch out if I smoke weed - which I stopped doing. I made a meal plan though! Hopefully this gets me back into eating and keeping my weight down. Might start a thread on that since it’s a 3 day meal plan! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
