Suggestion: disable the capsfilter

I could type up a couple of paragraphs, but at this point, I feel like the burden of justification should be on anyone who's in favor of the status quo here.

Could we get the filter turned off?

I don't think it should be about how easy it is to bypass; I think it should be about "Why is it there?"

Even if we were still in an age where capslock posts called for some kind of moderator response, I feel like you would want to know who the offenders were (rather than filtering their posts), so you could slap them on the wrist.

I think that age ended about 8 years ago.

well apparently people also still care about double posting, bumping old threads once every 4 months, and non-contentful posts not counting towards post count so most forum rules that cant easily be solved by the mods are really dumb imo
