Crash much?

I just got this theme Xoon 2 and it crashes Stepmania EVERY TIME.

It won't even let me change the theme because it crashes before I can even reach the options menu to change it!

I tried un & re-installing Stepmania, but it didn't remove the theme, so I don't know what to do!

Help?

Xoon 2 does not work on Stepmania 3.9 or 4.0. If you're using 3.9 or 4.0, you have an incompatible theme. If you're using 3.95 (the correct theme), post your crash log.

Go to your themes folder, Delete the theme.. Run stepmania again. Should be on the default theme

Or if you don't want to delete the theme--go to your Stepmania folder and go into the Data folder. Open GamePrefs.ini, and change it so that it should say theme=default.

C:\Program Files\Stepmania\Data\GamePrefs.ini lists your current theme on one of the lines. Change it to the name of a known working theme.

I looked for it and there was no file like that in the Data folder D: And in the themes it doesn't have them either. God I hate Vista.

<your personal folder>\Appdata\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\StepMania.
